Follow these easy steps to create your first report.

Step 1: Create an Account

• To get started, visit the Course Match website and create an account.
• This will allow you to access the full range of features and generate your personalized Course Match reports.

Step 2: Set Up Your Academic Profile

• Click on the "Profile" tab
• Choose your program level (you'll see "Undergraduate" as an option)
• Select your Matric endorsement (like "Bachelors or Diploma" in our example)
• Add all your subject results carefully - both the level and percentage
• NB: write the results as they appear in your Matric/Grade 11 results

Pro tip: Use the "Edit Results" button if you need to make any changes to your marks.

Step 3: Generate Your Report

Click on the "Generate a Report" tab

You'll see a list of universities that are accepting applications for 2025/2026 academic year

Choose from these options:

• University of Zululand
• University of KwaZulu-Natal
• Mangosuthu University of Technology
• Durban University of Technology etc....

Select the university you're interested in

Click the blue "Generate Report" button at the bottom.

Our AI system will then analyze your academic profile against the university's latest requirements. Within a minute, you'll receive a pop-up notification confirming that your report has been successfully generated and is ready for viewing.

Step 4: View Your Generated Reports

• Once your report is generated, click on the "Reports" tab
• To ensure you're seeing the most up-to-date information, click the "Reload" button in the top right corner
• You'll see a list of all your generated reports, including the university name and generation date
• Click the blue "View Report" button next to any report to see your detailed course matches

The report includes:

• Institution Details: Information about each university, including application deadlines and fees etc....
• Course Matches: A list of all courses you qualify for at each university.
• Confidence Score: An assessment of how well your academic profile matches the course requirements.
• Career Opportunities: Potential career paths for each qualifying course.
